Lavender extract can be used in baking to add a unique and delicious floral flavor to desserts and baked goods. It is important to note that lavender extract is highly concentrated, so a little goes a long way.

To use lavender extract in baking, it is typically added to the recipe in small amounts. It can be added to beverages, cake batter, cookie dough, or frosting to give a subtle lavender flavor.

Lavender extract can also be used to infuse sugar, which can then be used in baking recipes. To make lavender-infused sugar, simply mix granulated sugar with a small amount of lavender of lavender extract and let it sit for a few days to allow the flavor to infuse.
